The Presales Customer Solutions team within VF Group Enterprise Products & Solutions is accountable for the solution and service design of Group Enterprise customer opportunities, ensuring that what we sell, can be
delivered and operated, that all risks are known and documented, resource and capacity are
available and costs and timelines have been provided into the bid P&L.
The PMO assistant is working closely with the Head of the function and provides support in managing the function from an operational and administrative perspective. The PMO assistant supports in implementing the governance framework within Presales Customer Solutions both within the team as well as at the interface to the key stakeholders of the function. The role is responsible for improving employee satisfaction and is pivotal in defining and executing the communication plan. In addition, the PMO Assistant supports the Head of PCS in any administrative tasks.
With us you will:
Provide administrative support to the Head of the Function (for instance booking travel preparing travel expense claims, managing calendar, setting up meetings with team members and stakeholders, booking rooms and following up on action items)
Update org charts and distribution lists and manage the on- and off-boarding of new team members
Define and execute communications framework, e.g. prepare content for cross-channel communications plan, set up All Hands meetings (etc.), maintain content on SharePoint and social networks (Yammer)
Support our continuous improvement initiatives resulting from our annual People Survey and work in a team of “People Champions” to support the agreed initiatives
On-board new staff and update the on-boarding material on an on-going basis
