Our production site in Veszprèm, Hungary has a very long lasting history in technologies as it was originally a foundation of ITT automotive Hungary Kft in 1993. It was then taken over by Valeo in 1998 and turned into a R&D tech center from 2006. The uniqueness of Veszprem lies in the fact that it is a multi-activity site where you can see the activities of 2 Business Groups, 4 Product Groups, 4 Product lines and joint venture – Valeo – Siemens eAutomotive Ltd ( made in 2017). Therefore, Valeo Veszprém, with the size of 2000 employees, is capable of managing 87 customers, 235 suppliers for the Group.

Mission:
- Responsible for the industrialization of products following IPROM (Industrial PROject Management) procedure and V5000 Roadmaps
Responsibilities:
To reach the industrial project target:
- Respect and ensure respect of IProM.
- Manage the industrial schedule, resources and budget to reach the project Target, in line with CLEAN.
- Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of the product and manage team regarding industrial aspects (other PTM & Contributors, such as: Tooling, Buyer, Logistics …).
- Alert the managers when standards are not met.
- Represent the industrial organisation of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings.
- Define with the project team the process, in order to meet performance and cost targets.
- Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS (Valeo Production System) rules and guidelines during the process development.
- Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.
- Manage the process development documentation.
- Organize pre-serial trials as part of ‘Serial production’ activity of IProM, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production, after Full Day Production Run.
Ensure respect of:
- All Quality standards to guaranty our customers, products and services conformity.
- All standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.
Manage applicable sections of the Safety, Quality and Environment Policy of the site.
Properly manage activities for Customer satisfaction.
Profil:
- A relevant Engineering Degree
- Good communication skills
- Time measurement and line balancing
- Agility
- Excellent English
- First experience in the field
