What do you get to do in this position?

· Parts pull.
· Deliver parts/units to lines as dictated by the schedule.
· Responsible for maintaining 75% efficiency.
· Responsible for demonstrating a commitment to quality at the source.
· SPS/5S ownership.
· Wearing the required safety personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to the safety rules and regulations.
· Follow up on stockouts as needed to support customer needs
· Remain flexible with work hours to support customer deadlines and expectations.
· Will perform other duties as required.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (include tasks, specific knowledge and abilities required):
·  Ability to interpret bill of materials and pick lists.
·  Ability to pull parts according to bill of materials.
·  Ability to understand and participate in our TIPS program.
·  Ability to communicate effectively with all coworkers.
·  Must be self motivated and team oriented.
·  Must show a desire to grow and take on new challenges and assignments.
·  Experience/Knowledge of Material Handling and/or Waterspider functions a plus
·  Knowledge of AMAPS a plus
Equipment, Machines, and Tools Used:
·  Battery operated drivers, pneumatic tools, hand tools, DC torque tools, motorized pallet jack, overhead crane, and all required PPE.
·  Ability to lift heavy weights when required
