MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The Workday Administrator is a key individual in the HR Systems Support Team who owns the end to end configuration of Workday, managing projects, change request and activation of workday functionalities.


JOB SUMMARY

· Change Request, Projects, Explorations and Activations
· Process change request from Unilever's key stakeholders
· Evaluate and coordinate impacts to other teams
· Develop, test and deploy required configuration to meet business requirements
· Work with other resource people if applicable
· Track issues, risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
· Manage project and deploy based on the agreed timeline
· Document all changes implemented
· Facilitate transition to business (experience team) if applicable

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Background with Workday HCM Core, Security, Reporting
· Functional Support experience
· 2 years changes management and communications (internal or external) experience required
· Experience of Human Resources Management Systems, preferably Cloud-based
· Knowledge of HCM design, structure, functions and processes
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with team members to understand and develop technology solutions for business needs
· Excellent communication, active listening and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
· Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially under pressure; and within a cross-culture and global environment
