PULL Territory Manager
Job Description:
·
Develop existing PULL business for the total Foodsolutions portfolio of products within all relevant customer channels by using a combination of face-to-face selling and product demonstrations.
·
Ensuring all designated customer accounts are serviced and maintained to the required standards.
·
Achievement of Key Performance Indicators monthly as agreed with GSM and PULL Lead.
·
Calling on nominated operator group outlets and influencing key decision makers with the objective to arrive at successful sales. Frequency/duration of call shall be consistent with the agreed work state and cost effective journey plan.
·
Deliver on all Sales Cycle activities/promotions within required operator base and sales region.
·
Working with GSM in mapping out strategies and tactics to achieve sales area goals.
·
Preparing and religiously executing a monthly plan for specified outlets to achieve category-wise and SKU-wise volume and value targets.
·
Extending Food Solution product distribution and usage in all outlets thus increasing volume base as well as evaluating the worth of these accounts.
·
Organize and maintain effective administrative systems to include CRC, contact strategy, Daily Field Report, OTM, Score Cards, expenses and work plan and to meet required deadlines for completion.
Key Requirements:
· Atleast 6 months of work experience
· Sales experience preferred
· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
· Excellent analytical skills
· Well versed with MS office applications
· Basic culinary skills
·
Desirable: Preferably with experience and knowledge in food services and catering business
·
