MDM PROJECTS COORDINATOR

Location: Unilever Poland Services, Katowice


Purpose of this role:

This role takes a lead in coordination of the key improvement initiatives in the area of the material Masterdata management linked with all Global Masterdata Programs and Projects. The key objective for the role is to contribute to the global projects through the input facilitation from the material operations in Europe and securing the right level of consultation between region and global initiatives. The ultimate goal is to improve the speed and quality of the e2e MDM processes.

Main Responsibilities:
· Improve the Speed and Sequence of E2E Material Masterdata Creation process with underlying objective to deliver the positive impact on the e2e innovation process
· Collecting and sharing the MDM best practices between EU and rest of the glob (both directions)
· Close cooperation with Global Masterdata Projects Teams
· Act as a FPOC in Europe for the MDM Global programs
· Design and implement the WOW of consultation processes with all the key EU functions contributing to the e2e Material Masterdata processes (e.g. P&I, Marketing, R&D, ect) for the improvements activities
· Coordinate the implementation of the initiatives in EU generated by the consolidated work of all the regions
· Create, gather and share the documentation of the AS-IS processes, WOW, IT Solutions currently in use cross all the categories and countries in EU.
· Coordinate all the SPEEDO MDM Program activities (eg. Smart sequencing, visibility steam, systems support)
· Close work with Procurement and SUs on already identified opportunities
· Improve the visibility of the MD steps globally by re-design the current global innovation trackers together with global PMO team
· Gather the IT requirements for unblocking further opportunities to improve the speed and visibility of material MD steps globally

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a motivated “self-starter”, capable of developing and then executing agreed actions with minimal supervision, working both within their team and as part of cross regional teams as appropriate for each task.
