For our location in Hamburg, Germany we are looking for a

Marketing Manager m/f - Data Driven Marketing

to unlock the power of personalised marketing in Unilever!

Your role will be to proactively partner with category and brand teams and educate them on the practicalities and potential of the use of consumer data to drive personalised marketing. Your responsibilities:
· Own and develop our Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM) strategy in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated multi-channel campaign strategies
· Work with analytics teams to build repeatable CRM measurement programmes to ensure ROI delivery against key metrics
· Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the use of data to improve the quality of our activities, e.g. programmatic advertising
· Effectively manage generated leads from all consumer touchpoints in conjunction with the business stakeholders and overall CRM strategy

Your experience and skills:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' digital and CRM marketing knowledge
· Experienced in managing integrated data driven campaigns
· Champions the importance of seamless and engaging consumer experiences
· Used to briefing / working with specialists in big data and business intelligence
· Strong analytical skills and experienced in web & data analysis tools, e.g. Google Analytics
· Customer-focused, with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers and build effective relationships
· Strong German and English language skills are mandatory (written and spoken)
