BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic & innovative marketer to work in a Global FMCG leader, strengthen your brand marketing experience as part of working directly with an international team.

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in the development & growth plan for Unilever's Knorr subcategories: Soups, Wet Sauces and Mini Meals.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER:

Supports the work of Category Manager, Core Food in:
· Soups, Wet Sauces & Mini Meals Categories has the best fitting, consistent marketing strategy, and has a great yearly plan for Hungary & Adria
· Contributes to the development of yearly Brand/Category communication and media strategies including: a) Yearly CCP brief, b) Development of the final communication strategy
· Contributes to the development of the yearly Category and Brand plan (and P&L's) in full synergy with the long-term plan.
· IBP (BMP) process for the Brand/Category (incl. NCBP, Audits, Issues and Opportunities, JTBD's)
· development of yearly Activity plan including major product launches, strategic PR development, digital approach, development of financial plans
Own responsibilities:
· Continuously monitors brand performance, initiate discussions and analysis with relevant departments to improve performance
· Build deep, holistic consumer understanding of the Brand/Category which will serve as the cornerstone of both the long-term Brand/Category Strategy, and the yearly country plan.
· Represents real ownership regarding to owned categories
· Manages the execution of the brand marketing plan, ensuring consistency with brand strategy, brand keys, and brand communication plan.
· Develops Key visual based on guidelines or adaptation of international master ATL materials, media planning and campaign implementation.
· Creates and coordinates promotional and PR activities in close cooperation with agencies.
· Precisely manages the budget
· Run all the necessary administrative tasks for the brand (AW, internal orders)

The job will require constant liaison with cross functional teams across the business. Close interaction will take place with International Marketing Teams, Customer Development, Customer Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams as well as external creative agencies and suppliers. The candidate should be able to successfully influence and lead concerned stake holders for the achievement of overall objectives.


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

· The candidate should have at least 1-2 years' working experience, preferably in Marketing.
· College / University degree: MSc in Business Economics / Marketing is preferred.
· Native Hungarian, and excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal) is a must.
· Customer and Consumer Connectivity.
· Proven affinity and experience in project management.
· Skill in completing multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
· Substantial organizational and analytical skills, ability to pay attention to details.
· Excellent IT skills are required, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
