Main job purpose

We are looking for an HR intern candidate who will join our HR team in Budapest Head Office for a year and participate in HR activities such as employer branding, recruitment, learning, event and training administration and in different HR related topics.

Key operational responsibilities
· Employer Branding tasks such as
· Support the employer branding strategy
· Take part in annual budget creation
· Coordination of our employer branding events
· Organizing open day for students
· Strong cooperation with student organizations
· Managing social media sites
· Whatever you think is good for Unilever, as a brand
· Participation in intern recruitment processes
· Job ad management, interviewing
· Usage of application tracking system
· Handle new digital recruitment tools
· Be first point of contact for intern candidates
· Constant collaboration with other departments, hiring managers
· Onboarding of newly hired interns
· Organize intern informals
· Support of learning events and other general HR activities
· Budget and payment management, product ordering and other administrative help
· Stakeholder management

Key requirements
· Bachelor or Master Student for the next 5-12 months
· Availability every week for 25-40 hours (depends on your duties at school)
· Good business sense & sense of urgency when needed
· An independent worker and self-starter always striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance
· Positive, helpful, flexible attitude
· Strong communication skills, empathy, patience
· High-level problem-solving skills and self-reliance
· User-level MS Office knowledge (mainly PowerPoint)
· Fluency in Hungarian and English
