Dove's unique point of view on beauty has inspired globally-renowned campaigns and propelled the brand to its current iconic status, which was recently reaffirmed by Dove: Real Beauty Sketches in 2013, which went on to become the world's most watched online ad, as well as recent campaigns Dove: Patches, Legacy, Camera Shy and Born Beautiful campaigns, amongst others.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

As an Associate Brand Manager on the global team, you will play a critical supporting role to the Brand Manager, ensuring innovation and communication projects are aligned with the brand plan – developing fantastic innovation mixes from idea to launch, and ensuring excellent delivery on time, in full. You'll be able to develop an in-depth understanding for the brand in key markets and the business environment. We are looking for someone who has strong leadership skills, with a naturally proactive attitude, passion for consumers and strong business acumen.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

· Support Brand Manager with strategic development

· Deliver innovation projects on time, in full by leading cross functional teams within the region and globally

· Create global communication assets with a focus on the target consumer

· Analyze consumer research to uncover relevant insights to inform decisions on key projects

· Lead, manage and motivate cross-functional teams to accomplish brand goals, objectives and key initiatives

· Identify and mobilize needed resources to accomplish brand/project goals

You're a born leader: you will need to inspire cross-functional teams, lead multiple agency partners and numerous other stakeholders within the organization.

You're a strategy guru: you will shape the future of Dove Bar business working on a growth model for Dove Bar amidst a softening segment.

You're a dot connector: you will need to bring a strong consumer, competitor and customer understanding to analyze key business drivers, competitive trends, marketplace dynamics and consumer need gaps that lead to breakthroughs, disruptive new product propositions and brand-led communications.

You love to win, and have fun doing it: you will lead core projects, closely collaborating with cluster leads to identify opportunities to deliver growth and responding to competitive dynamics, to win with our consumers and in the market.

You're a changemaker: you will need to be agile and persuade those around you to adapt to the changing market dynamics and competitive pressures to continue the growth trajectory of the brand.

You're a story teller: You will need to be an excellent communicator who can craft streamlined, exciting, visually-stunning stories to persuade leadership, and Country Category Business Teams, to invest in and support the business.

What You'll Need to Succeed

· Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required; Master's degree preferred

· 2-3 years of marketing experience in consumer products industry preferred

· Clear demonstration of project management and leadership skills

· Strong bias for action and accountability both for self and others

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Analytical skills to dig into the details and a capacity for deriving insights to ultimately make recommendations for the business

· Strong business acumen and rigor to analyze root issues and opportunities and triggers/ barriers to growth

· Solid strategic thinking ability
