eCommerce Manager Beauty & Personal Care (m/f)

Purpose of the job:
At Unilever we continue to build a world class data-driven, digital direct response marketing capability across our business. As part of this commitment, our DACH Beauty and Personal Care team is hiring a strategic, experienced, driven, motivated and highly capable Personal Care eCommerce manager. This is an exciting new role as manager for the eCommerce assortment Personal Care in DACH, and actively working on building new channels.

Key accountabilities:

· Have significant experience in eCommerce and feel comfortable and persuasive in pioneering and executing new initiatives/ideas
· Target new online assortment & channels which are specific in the Beauty & Personal Care category while maximizing ROI
· Will be responsible for the ideation, testing and deployment of multiple new business ideas to target new PC consumers with new assortment
· Will be responsible for creating a funnel with innovative new e-business models for today and tomorrow (new e-partners/new business models)
· The majority of these developments are focused on bringing new and existing Unilever brands to market in the right online environment
· Create a balanced e-business model funnel of ideas for today and tomorrow. (new e-partners/new models for the future);Are in close contact with both B&PC Marketing team and Ecommerce team
· Report on data analytics to identify risks and opportunities
· Monitor the growth rate of new e-models deployed
· Reduce speed to market of the deployment
· Build New business model capabilities to deploy effectively

Professional skills & key competencies:

· This role is suitable for a pro-active person with demonstrated eCom experience of 2+ years in a FMCG or Retail landscape
· The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a wide range of capabilities and attributes:
· Partner with eCommerce team to engage Personal Care retail customers build relationships and create an atmosphere of jointly testing and learning
· Develop and execute Beauty & Personal Care relevant (online only) promotions and activations together with account and eCommerce team
· Maintain strong communication across multiple departments within Unilever: the central eCommerce team in DACH, the sales team, brand managers and brand teams, the central Digital team, and more
· Generate learnings to be translated across the industry and develop best practice
· Strong entrepreneurial bias with a bias for action and a proven track record of generating new ideas
· A good comprehension of online performance & marketing channels
· A passion for data in order to understand trends and create insights in a new and undeveloped market
· Has lots of energy, a commercial focus, and a sense of urgency to every project you touch
· An active approach to align and educate people within the organization on ecommerce
· Min. 2 years of work experience with some form of commercial accountability, preferably in an e-commerce environment
· E-commerce/online marketing fanatic, positively curious and a technology enthusiast
· Knowledge of Google Analytics and other online tooling are a plus
· Experience with CMS (Demandware, Adobe) CRM tools & Adobe are a plus
· Experience in CPG / FMCG categories such as Personal Care, Luxury or Fashion
· Working in Global organizations
· Fluent in German and English
