MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
The role is responsible for developing the business in priority channels and delivering against sales targets in a given territory.
JOB SUMMARY
· Key account management: Develops effective business relationships with assigned key partners/customers and drives Unilever's agenda
· Frontline Salesforce management: Manages and leads local 3P salesforce operations to execute repeatable brilliant basics and to deliver sales targets
· After-sales service management: Manages and leads local 3P service personnel to meet service efficiency targets and achieve customer satisfaction
· Supply management: Works with national distributor to ensure stock availability in key channels at the right time and at the right quantity
· Overall Business development: Responsible for overall business in assigned territory, which includes budget & cost management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in field sales in FMCG or telco company
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead his local area team to success
• Has entrepreneurial drive and willing to be accountable for delivering results
• Driven a strong sense of purpose and desire to make a positive contribution to society
• Willing to do heavy field work
• Must know how to drive
