Then the People Data Centre (PDC) should be your next destination.

The PDC is the department in Unilever using the latest tech to collect and analyze big data to find the most relevant consumer insights for our beloved brands.

By using innovative tools in the field of big data mining, social listening, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and many more, the PDC enables brand teams to connect with consumers in the most relevant way.

What is this role about?

· The PDC Analyst France is connected to a broader European PDC team but focusing on the French market. This role has a reporting line to the Head of PDC EU who is based in Rotterdam – The Netherlands.
· In your daily job, you pro-actively create a project planning with the Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) and marketing teams, based on business needs.
· You make sure business questions are clear and prioritise work where needed to ensure that high priority projects are delivered first.
· You translate the business questions and briefs you get into analytical projects and use in-house analytics tools to answer the questions at hand.
· To make sure the insights you find have the impact they deserve, you create visually appealing and action-oriented presentations which you share with relevant stakeholders in a debrief meeting.
· In your presentations, you make sure that your story is easy to understand and is placed in a brand and country relevant context.
· You are expected to build strong relationships with your business partners, in which you have a continuous feedback loop about your work and the impact you are making.

What are we looking for?

· A Master's degree in a relevant field.
· 2-5 years of working experience in a fast-moving business environment.
· Fluent in both French and English language.
· A passion for consumer behavior, the digital world and its implications for business
· An analytical mindset and preferably experience providing insight and recommendation based on data analysis
· A pro-active and "starter" mentality.
· Experience of “storytelling”, and crafting clear, compelling presentations
· Somebody who easily connects with people, to establish good stakeholder relationships
· The ability to both work independently and in a team

Nice to have:

· Experience of understanding business questions and writing appropriate research briefs
· Experience of using analytical tools (like Google Ads & Analytics, NLP, Social Listening, Target Audience Segmentation tools, etc.)
· Some data modelling or coding experience
