MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

To co-ordinate the activities of the quality assurance function at Rahim Yar Khan factory, under the leadership of the Quality Manager.

JOB SUMMARY
· Lead Quality Assurance department of PC Factory Rahim Yar Khan. Day to day activities from incoming RM/PM to SFG and Finished Goods
· Lead QC Pillar activities of WCM enabled plant both PC Liquids and PC soap bars.
· Handle Consumer complaints do Root cause analysis and take corrective and preventive actions
· Maintain factory's Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP system
· Conduct internal audits of factory on different Standard and maintain governance of Category GMPs.
· Support R&D and CCBT on new product development and renovation/VIP project trials and validation studies
· Look After microbiological laboratory and validation studies
· Analyze data and carry out RCA using 7 QC tools and run QIPs on top quality defects
· Look after factory's regulatory affairs pertaining to product quality.
· Report KPIs and update and work in close liaison with product group quality managers in cluster.
· Coordinate with Procurement and Suppliers on supplier development and upgradation on Unilever standards.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 3 to 4 years' Experience in Quality Assurance of an FMCG.
· Qualification: M.Sc. Applied Chemistry/Chemistry BE in Chemical Engineering
· Candidates having knowledge of Soap Manufacturing and PC liquids, Packaging Material and QMS (ISO 9001:2015) will be preferred.
