Poste et missions:
Itiviti is looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage the relationship with its clients in Asia. The Technical Account Manager is in charge of interfacing with our clients, which covers project management, issue troubleshooting and triage, as well as client’s new requirements gathering for our global development team.
- In charge of interfacing with our clients, which covers project management, issue troubleshooting and triage, as well as client’s new requirements gathering for our global development team.
- Clients relationship management
- Full ownership of issues and projects
- First level of support and basic troubleshooting
- Coordination of various setup changes and enhancements
- Documentation of requirements or project outlines
Profil:
- Ability to take ownership of projects & issues, and autonomously manage them in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role (development, testing, implementation etc. )
- Basic understanding of networks (for connectivity issues)
- Experience with Java, C++ or C#
- Fluent English. Cantonese very appreciated
