职位描述

- Manage warehouses and the team to meet business demand including inventory accuracy, dispatching to satisfy the customer demand.
- Improve continuously warehouse management process according to Group requirement – Lube Business Book and local rules & regulations, implement LEAN, 5S warehouse management program in daily operation.
- Optimize warehouse layout nationwide and evaluate the performance of suppliers to ensure excellent service provided with competitive warehouse cost.
- Periodically monitor abnormal stock including damaged goods, expired stock and stock in inspection to propose the disposal solution and take actions efficiently so as to manage stock with a higher healthy rate to achieve better working capital requirement and cash flow. 
- Contribute to the stock provision by proposing appropriate stock list.
- Educate and monitor all suppliers to implement the Safe to Load inspection for each single dispatching from warehouse, so as to monitor the performance of drivers and deploy the improvement action plan. 
- In charge of goods tracking system implementation and running like QR Code system and EDI system to ensure the smooth goods flow and tracking, and the platform running effectively. 
- Train and coach subordinates & suppliers to equip with sufficient knowledge and operation proficiency to ensure the operation in line requirement of ISO 9001/ IATF16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 etc.
- Discipline and investigate any operation incident to determine the cause, and recommend corrective action where needed;
- Work on warehouse operation reports for management reference like the abnormal stock analysis report, shelf life reports etc.
- Evaluate stock management process and tools continually to achieve stock management competencies.
- Coordinate among plant, Planning, customers and warehouse suppliers to ensure the production and logistics operation running smoothly

职位要求

- Bachelor or above major in Logistics and supply chain management;
- At least 6 years working experience in logistics management with at least 3 years of team management experience, working experience in international oil chemical companies is preferred.
- Analytical thinking and sensibility to dissect and solve problems, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong management skill like motivating team, lead by influence.
- Good Communication skills and negotiation skill with suppliers.  
- High business ethics, good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
- Strong skills in SAP system and Ms Office.
