Description du poste

Sales & Commercial Management :
·  Managing & analysis of a portfolio of small and medium customers making less than 5 trucks / 120 m3 per year
·  Contact inactive customers, customers with decreasing volumes or customers making poor use of the services
·  Improve the relationship with the customers and the loyalty to AS 24 : manage, advise, help customers and solve their problems with support of the Back Office. Communicate changes in the market with impact on their business.
·  Increase the range of services by up-selling operations
·  Launching communication operations, decided by the management, by phone (new services, new stations, …)
·  Active prospection of the market by phone : prepare the prospection, make offers, negotiate the commercial aspects within the delegation and credit policy decided by Credit Manager & the Management.
·  Check Credit scoring
·  Update customers records & meetings reports in CRM.
·  Monthly Reporting
·  Active participation to sales meetings
·  Transmission of non-commercial requests of customers to the back office.  
Customers :
·  Respond on commercial requests and commercial claims from customers (telephone, mail).
·  Negotiation of contracts: rebates & additional services contracts like Eurovat, Passango, Viapass,
·  Follow up of prospection / web orders
·  Back-up of sales officer n°2
·  Transfer to back office task of non-commercial topics  
Back up Back Office tasks (in case of exceptional absence or under staffing)

Credit :
·  Follow of payment (warranty, credit (commercial relationship) and check credit safe in case of new customers, development of vol)  
Others :
·  Communication actions decided by the Benelux Country Manager
·  Translation requests by head office of for internal / external communication
