职位描述

·  Responsible for all creatives & VI to support daily business purpose, covering TV commercials, videos, prints, posters, digital assets, VI tools, exhibition & show booth design, display tools and etc.
·  Ensure all brand logos, marks and key elements  in Chinese fully aligned with global norms and secure the trade mark related issues
·  Extend the global, regional norm into Chinese version with validation, develop campaign or project based VI manual upon detail business purpose
·  Launch and manage a mediate (media center for all creatives) for easy access by different users (Total staffs, agencies…)
·  Manage the global, regional agency in local markets, develop local agency with cost efficiency
·  Develop and support on template creation for newsletter, PowerPoint, other documents upon business requests
·  Work closely with sales team, segment marketing team and digital team on key projects and programs for creative relevant topics
·  Conduct new projects and other task assigned by manager
·  Exchange with global and regional team on creative, norm & brand topics

职位要求

·  Bachelor or above degree in Business, Design, Arts or marketing related disciplines;
·  Minimum 2 years of creative or design related experience, working experience in international company is a plus
·  Basic skill of the popular design tools and excellent sensitivity of brand norm & VI
·  Highly-initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
·  Detail-oriented, energetic, passionate, self-motivated and supportive thinking;
·  Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, well skilled in Office PC software and tools.
