Job Description

- Support L&D Manager on training needs analysis. Assist to design the annual training plan.  
- Deliver individual development training to cross branches/affiliates.
- In charge of TPCS L&D work including training execution and budget management
- Work with internal and external experts to select, design and implement business oriented training.
- Assist to build up the China L&D management system
- Develop and manage the China internal trainer team.
- Build up and maintain the WeChat learning program.
- Promote the Lizzy on-line learning platform in China.
- Support managers on organization diagnose and g conduct customized workshop according to business needs.
- Provide team coach service to employees according to needs.
- Collect and analyze learning quality and efficiency data for continuous improvement.
- Other tasks assigned by N+1

Candidate profile

Bachelor or above degree; 5+ years working experience in a multinational or a training provider(Sales experience is plus ); training delivery experience preferred; good command of written and spoken English; high learning agility and adaptability to changes; able to travel frequently.
