Contexte et environnement professionnels :
As part of Total's commitment to better energy, the corporate venture capital team is focused on finding, funding and fostering high-potential startups which will contribute to creating a low carbon future. Current areas of interest include renewables, distributed energy, energy storage, energy access and new mobility as well as bio-plastics & recycling.

Objectifs et activités de la mission :
Investment analyst interns are supporting investment managers and associates by actively contributing to:
- Developing Total’s expertise in certain sectors
- Seeking investment opportunities in those sectors
- Performing thorough strategic and financial analyses of potential investments throughout their lifecycle in close collaboration with relevant internal divisions (e.g. R&D, strategy)

Profil recherché

Vous préparez un Master 2 en Stratégie Economie Business, et recherchez un stage de 6 mois.

Connaissances techniques:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluency in English and French
- Previous experience in VC, PE, M&A, project finance, R&D or consulting appreciated
- Clear topic experience in energy, new mobility, circular economy and carbon reduction technologies
- Demonstrated interest in VC, innovation and startups
