Key Responsibilities
Overall, you will be accountable for data quality in all HR systems (CatalystOne, SAP and Lessor) and you will be the controller of internal HR data. This requires the ability to work independently with an analytical approach and being able to provide a setup that allows for evaluating system processes and data (data quality index). 

​Your key responsibilities will include tasks such as:

·  Analyze data and be focal point for data improvement across departments in HR
·  ​Run daily and weekly data checks based on data from HR4U, CatalystOne & Lessor and identify data gaps.
·  Monitor and drive data quality initiatives
·  Train, onboard and maintain an ongoing dialogue with internal stakeholders such as HR advisors, talent developers and other HR-colleagues on data quality standards 
·  Align, secure and foster the use of systems and data for reporting and analytics
·  Steer optimization and simplification of HR administrative processes
·  Support ad hoc data requests and deliverables
·  Support on data extracts and reporting.

Who we are looking for
This position calls for an experienced and operational HR controller, who likes working with data and is keen on closing data gaps and making sure same mistakes do not happen continually. You understand the importance of data quality as well as data and process dependencies. You know how to influence key stakeholders, and you are analytical withfocus on continues improvement. You are a self-driven controller, a great communicator and are able to understand the bigger picture of data and processes.

Your background and qualifications

·  Experienced in HR data systems and interested in data quality
·  University degree within relevant field; IT, HRM, Project Management
·  Analytical in your approach with attention to detail and structure when planning and delivering tasks
·  Influential and empathetic when navigating across cultural and professional differences
·  Service and action oriented when leading and delivering constructive results through others
·  Fast learner and a curious mindset
·  Strong communicator and confident in English (spoken and written). Danish is an advantage.
·  Advanced level of Excel is a must

In this position you will be focal point for data quality and improvement across departments in HR and be in charge of the collaboration between corporate support teams and local HR. In addition you will train your HR colleagues and make sure they are onboarded on the data improvement journey.

Duration: 2 years with the possibility to extend.
