Job Description

·  Manage the team to comply with Total policies about HSEQ and code of conduct
·  Study the AO consumer sector channels, especially 4S Workshop & Chain Workshop in China, collect market information, summarize the industry status for management reference and update every 6 months
·  Develop sales strategy and tactics for management approval 
·  Work with Marketing to formulate Total offer to the channel customers, including products, price, key communication message
·  Study “know-how”, develop selling tools for Network sales team and distributors implementation
·  Create 4S & Chain Workshop channel development plan, coordinate execution of the management approved plan
·  Compile training materials, organize know-how and sales skills training to sales team and the selected distributors for consumer sector business, improve the overall competitive advantage for TLC
·  Manage the existing non-OEM key accounts, directly or indirectly (through appropriate distributors) handle the accounts, expand sales in these accounts
·  Direct the team to approach the top prospective customers in the selected focusing channels, especially 4S & Chain Workshop channels, develop new accounts.
·  Work with marketing pricing team to set up reference price boundary to ensure the uGMVC
·  Drive to sell high end products to improve Consumer sector product mix for better overall unit GMVC
·  Work with marketing team to develop loyalty programs to 4S & Chain Workshop channel customers, drive Network Sales teams to execute

Candidate profile

·  Bachelor degree or above
·  Rich knowledgeable in lubricants consumer sector, especially in 4S & Chain Workshop channels, 5+ years working experience in relative industry or OEM Key Account Manager position.
·  Able to initiate the business development strategy and tactics with good strategic thinking and analytical skills
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong in conflict handling
·  Result oriented, skillful in driving counterpart teams towards the business goals and with strong team spirit
·  Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
·  Good command in both oral and written English
