Project Managers (m/f) for our Program Management Office (PMO)

The Materials Services business area is focusing on the systematic implementation of international performance and growth projects. For this, the business area's central program office is currently putting together an experienced team of results-driven project managers. The independent and active management of a broad project portfolio will present a particular challenge.

Your responsibilities

·  You will be part of the central PMO described above, ensuring integrated implementation controlling with milestone planning and KPI and result monitoring using a central tracking tool
·  You will be responsible for regular and ad-hoc reporting for the individual projects, preparing the results for the board and top functional management levels
·  You will act as the interface to the individual functional departments in the Materials Services business area, the decentralized PMOs in the operating units and the holding company (thyssenkrupp AG)
·  You will support the establishment and networking of the program community
·  You will organize the exchange of best practice methods in connection with the various optimization levers of the program

Your profile

·  You have a degree in economics and at least 3 years' professional project management experience, in particular in multi-project management
·  You have already gained international experience
·  You have a detailed understanding of the individual steps involved in project implementation and very good analytical skills (in particular MS Office Excel)
·  You have a talent for communication across all levels and display strong presentation skills
·  Your strengths include excellent interpersonal skills and a highly confident manner
