The thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions business area is a leading partner for the engineering, construction and service of all industrial plants and systems. In addition to chemical, coke, cement and other industrial plants and refineries, our portfolio also includes mining, ore processing and port handling equipment along with corresponding services. The Business Unit Services is organized into four globally acting business lines: Parts Supply & Management, Field Services & Service Centers, Revamps & Asset Management. These go to market primarily through Service Hubs which are located within the regional organization of tk Industrial Solutions. The Business Unit Service is supported and developed by a single staff function – Global Service - combining a range of key functions, among them the strategy and business development.

Ihre Aufgaben

Manage service projects on diverse topics e. g.:

·  Pricing
·  Warehousing
·  Service portfolio development
·  Definition and optimization of service processes (incl. IT support)
·  Concept design and implementation of trainings
·  Implementation of a CRM system
·  Marketing and sales campaigns
·  Support and execution of research & analyses of macro trends, industry/competitor intelligence etc. to substantiate strategic conclusions
·  Assess growth potential of new and existing service businesses
·  Preparation and execution of management workshops

Ihr Profil

·  The role requires education to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, service management)
·  Professional experience in a similar function is desirable
·  Knowledge of one or more of the customer segments of tk Industrial Solutions as well as knowledge and experience in the field of market intelligence and strategy
·  Experience in the field of (industrial) service management
·  Good conceptual and analytical skills to be able to cope with a great variety and diversity of topics
·  Excellent social and communicational skills to be able to work and lead in very different team constellations
·  Fluent English, knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
·  Strong commitment and proactive attitude, goal-orientation and assertiveness
·  Very good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
·  Intercultural experience and willingness to travel internationally
