Your responsibilities

·  Execute strategies (marketing & brand) and directions for enhancing our online channels
·  Manage global marketing calender and work across Group Companies to ensure key messaging across platforms, including site, email and social media
·  Work across channels to opimize channel mix (product and marketing teams) and solve channel conflicts
·  Build close relationships with other brand initiatives to ensure integration
·  Improve customer experience within our digital channels
·  Track and analyze the execution and delivery of metric driven campaigns
·  Develop a communication plan
·  Be proactive in innovating and finding marketing opportunities while executing against deliverables
·  Develop and drive SEO & content strategy with the Digital Transformation Office Team
·  Lead all technical SEO projects and own related technical requirements for product and marketing initiatives
·  Identify and implement opportunities and tactics that exponentially grow our search visibility, uncover new content opportunities
·  Create recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific
·  Admin & diagnose search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) and report to analytics team
·  Develop and implement link building campaigns
·  Work closely with other teams (SEA, analytics, communication) to ensure full integration of content marketing initiatives
·  Monitor organic search performance and top competitor sites
·  Develop A/B testing strategy for our overarching SEO practices

Your profile

·  3+ years of professional experience in SEO (preferably in-house SEO in e-commerce / online retail), with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO programs and significantly improving organic search performance for online businesses
·  Deep knowledge of technical SEO best practices and optimizations
·  Experience implementing successful large-scale SEO initiatives, including external link building, site architecture, and international localization
·  Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies, and passion to stay abreast of news and trends in SEO and online marketing
·  Understanding of critical SEO analytics and research platforms (e.g. Google & Bing webmaster tool, Google Analytics, Google Adwords Keyword Tool etc.), as well as familiarity with various third party SEO analytics solutions such as OnPage, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sistrix, Search metrics, Search Console)
·  Ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, communications and product team to drive SEO programs forward in a highly-effective manner
·  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
·  Positive attitude and enthusiasm for getting results
·  International experience or openness with fluent English
