WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As the Web Analyst E-Commerce in the SP E-Commerce team, you will work on the success of the digital projects for Swarovski's world famous crystal components. You will plan, test, analyze, optimize and improve the overall user experience across all digital platforms and your main responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

·  Report data and create custom tailored cause-effect analysis and concise presentations for top management
·  Continuously improve and optimize our running campaigns and digital platforms (E-Commerce, Websites, Social Media, Newsletters, SEM)
·  Ensure correct measurement of data and reports (e.g. KPIs)
·  Setup A/B or multi variant tests incl. measurement and interpretation of KPIs
·  Maximize the conversion rate
·  Search for gaps or insufficiencies in data collection and analysis and suggest improvements
·  Collaborate with colleagues and partners globally
·  Analyze the whole customer journey and measure the customer's behavior

WHAT WE EXPECT

As a Web Analyst E-Commerce you are passionate about data and are able to see the whole picture based on hard facts. You have an analytical mind and a "hands-on" attitude as well as a passion for (online) retail. Furthermore, your profile includes the following:

·  Advanced experience with Web Analytic Tools (e.g.: Google Analytics, webtrends), tracking implementation (Google Tag Manager) and multi-channel analytics (e.g.: universal analytics)
·  Good knowledge of tools and services in analytics, UX testing and content optimization
·  International work experience in data analysis ideally with focus on e-commerce
·  Strong communication skills in German and English, additional languages would be a plus
·  Deep understanding of online business models (E-Commerce, Online publishing, Online Advertising, Online Branding)
·  Willingness to try out new, innovative tools and test different approaches
·  Up-to-date knowledge on latest best practices in terms of analytics and performance marketing
