An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Specialist to join our team responsible for B2B sales Travel Retail, APAC, LATAM and new business.
In this role you will be responsible for a high quality customer service by providing proactive and efficient business support to important global accounts
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In this interesting and challenging position you will:
- manage the order process from initial inquiry to final delivery of products including basic after sales service.
- communicate with international customers regarding orders, product availabilities, delivery times and shipments.
- interact and support our sales representatives who are in charge of international accounts.
- ensure compliance with various company policies and procedures related to credit, sales and logistic processes as well as Marketing promotions and Visual Merchandising activities.
- support new and existing processes and requirements across multiple levels ensuring that customer centric approach gets delivered.
WHAT WE EXPECT
As an ideal candidate, you have a degree from a trade school or similar and already gained 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position. We are looking for a customer-minded person with excellent communication skills in English and German who is eager to work in an international environment. Any other language is an additional asset. Furthermore, we expect a result- and solution-oriented person with a cross-linked way of thinking. You are highly customer-oriented and feel comfortable working autonomously. If you like to take initiative and have a structured way of working, you will be the right candidate for us.
