The project engineer is responsible for leading all phases of a capital project and responsible for engineering of mechanical/electrical solutions required. The capital project engineer must be a self-starter with the ability to direct the work of a team consisting of internal and external resources. Person must have a demonstrated history of successful management of capital projects. The project engineer must be able to communicate well in English across multiple functions and disciplines in a business environment. Upon project approval, person must be able to manage capital projects including the costs, schedule, functional group activities, and communication to all facets of the organization. The project engineer must be willing to travel (typically 5-10%) and work outside normal working hours as required by the projects.
