Maintenance Supervisor

Lead/supervise maintenance technicians and contractors with the goals of safe work practices, high quality work and productivity in order to maintain plant facilities for the manufacture of product along with planning/scheduling all maintenance work including day-to-day activities, one-day outages, and major shut downs.

Qualifications :

Requires excellent leadership and organizational skills for directing and motivating maintenance

personnel, planning all maintenance work along with good verbal communication skills for facilitating

cooperation with all other departments.

This position also requires good computer and written communication skills. Additionally, working knowledge

of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems is required.

Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and SAP a plus
