Account Receivable Officer

Job description

Solvay Business Services plays an important role to ensure the competitive standing and operational excellence of major end-to-end processes in the Group. The diverse teams deliver services to the Businesses, Functions, employees, customers and vendors of the Group.

We are seeking an Account Receivable Officer in the Bangkok Services Center to look after the account receivable function and the person will be responsible for continuous improvement and positive customer experiences. Reporting to Accounts Receivable Team Leader, the incumbent will support the Order-to-Cash (OtC) Asia Pacific team to ensure both qualitative and quantitative customers' payments and related matters. In addition, the person will play a key role in supporting organizational portfolio changes.

Qualifications :

A successful candidate will have:

·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
·  0-1 year experience in Accounts Receivable function
·  Ability to speak and write English fluently
·  Customer centricity and collaborative mindset
·  Detailed-oriented and meticulous
·  Flexible, can-do attitude with strong achievement drive
·  Able to work overtime (when necessary) and handle pressure well

A successful candidate may have:

·  SAP experience
·  TOEIC score of 600
