Mission

Within the Société Générale group, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), which is the IT entity in charge of infrastructure, as an operational risk officer, you will support the RMC (Risk Management and Compliance) team, based in Paris in their daily activity and by administrating some Operational Risk (OR) processes including reports issuance. You will be asked to identify improvements in current processes and formalize it through clear documentation.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

·  Managerial controls administration: GPS tools (Global Permanent Supervision) parameterization, follow-up of monthly campaigns, controls submissions and action plan completeness. Synthesis on quantitative and qualitative results;
·  Essential Outsourcer Questionnaire administration: risk review;
·  KRI quarter calculation and report;
·  Losses quarterly report and synthesis up to Risk classification events;
·  User access administration for all Operational Risk tools used by GTS/STP/OSM;
·  Risk Acceptance: process administration, stock follow-up and escalation to management;
·  Dashboards: monthly issuance of dashboards related to Managerial Supervision, Internal Audit and Key Outsourcers.

You will also be requested to provide specific analyses/support on an ad'hoc basis to help Operational risks managers in data crunching and analysis.

Your good analytical skills and ability to formalize processes and suggest improvement, your good communication skills, your adaptability and rigour will enable you to succeed in your support mission!

A little about you:

·  Graduate from IT University degrees or Engineers, you have a functional knowledge in IT (not expert) or risks/control/audit in a banking environment;
·  2-3 years experience in an IT job (Audit, IT Security officer, IT project, System engineer ... );
·  French fluent; English (read/write);
·  Good knowledge of standard function (knowledge in VB may be a plus but not mandatory);
·  Technical skills: MS Tools; ITIL; COBIT; OS (WIN/UNX/others);ISO27005
·  Understanding of operational risk assessment;
·  “Problem solving” mindset and solution-enabler capacities
·  Understanding of operational risk assessment;
·  Support the users in every encountered problem;
·  Expect business trip to Paris.
