Your Environment
Société Générale Securities Services is part of the business line Global Banking Investor Solutions of Société Générale, which is the biggest financial service provider in Europe. Société Générale Securities Services has 4,000 employees across 23 countries.

In Germany Société Générale Securities Services has about 250 employees in Munich and Frankfurt. The position is located at Société Générale Securities Services GmbH in Munich. The role is allocated to the Client Services department, which consists of 20 employees.
You will work closely with Client Service / Key Account Managers on the day-to-day contact with the clients of the organisation. You will also work in close collaboration with all operational teams, particularly Legal, Risk and IT teams.
Your role
During your VIE mission you will:
- Assist Client Service / Key Account Managers in the handling of client requests and client change requests;
- Create monthly KPI and Service Management reports;
- Prepare client meetings and client presentations;
- Coordinate client mailings;
- Maintain client data in the CRM tool;
- Assist in the maintenance of client contracts;
- Create monthly management reports.
You may also be involved in several other tasks and/or projects (depending on upcoming needs).
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Munich is to begin as soon as possible but you may plan up to 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last up to 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, open to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Area.

Your profile
Graduate from an Engineering school, Business School or University with a Master's Degree, preferably in a sales / customer-related field.
You ideally have previous experience in dealing with customers, e.g. gained through internships.
You possess strong communication skills and display service orientation.
You are fluent in German and have a good command of English.
You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

- Learn to use different systems such as CRM-Tools and KYC tools.
- Learn to coordinate different topics within the company and effectively collect all relevant Information.
