Cash Management Analyst

Job description

Mission

1/ Daily contacts with customers (phone, mail, email), answering client information requests on products used (accounts, transactions processed, internet banking, cash pooling, domestic guarantees, ...)

2/ Management and control of client payment instructions, payment receipts and domestic guarantees in close cooperation with the back office team based in Paris (BOE)a

3/Periodic administrative tasks such as invoicing, standard bank confirmations, archiving, new contract handling , ...

4/Operational risk control (client account monitoring, permanent supervision, compliance alerts, counterparty risk follow up)

5/Identification of business opportunities , and design of creative solutions for clients (both in close cooperation with sales teams)

6/ Participation and sometimes management of client implementation projects (planning, coordination of tasks, service contract preparation...)

7/ KYC reviews

All above missions must be in line with Société Générale policies and procedures re. KYC, Compliance, bank secrecy…

Profile

- Excellent command of MS Office (particularly Excel)

- Languages: fluent English is mandatory. Dutch and French are highly welcome.

- Experience of 5 to 10 years of previous experience in similar positions, preferably in cash management.

The PCM team includes a sales team and a customer support team. You will part of the Customer Support team, in charge of daily customer care.
