Job description



Responsibilities

·  Plays a key role in facilitating a shared understanding of the business need for the project with all stakeholders. It is the role of the business analyst to facilitate a shared, agreed upon vision for the product across the entire delivery team.
·  Refines the product's requirements to ensure they maintain cohesion with the business needs for the product, identify and mitigate risk early in the project
·  Identifies and mitigate risk early in the project.
·  Provides just-in‐time requirements to avoid waste or rework of requirements.
·  Ensures that the right solution is delivered.
·  Be a facilitator in complex environments, bringing divergent business stakeholders together and helping them speak with a single voice so the project team is not confused by contradictory and conflicting perspectives.
·  Might act as the product owner/customer representative where they are empowered by the business to make decisions on product features and priority.
·  Can play a central role in defining and communicating the acceptance criteria prior to development work commencing.
·  Can be involved in creating and executing acceptance tests.
·  Can ensure that the team remains focus on the business value of the project.
·  Can play a role in identifying important requirements that might not have been actively represented by stakeholders.
·  Is required to work with the business sponsor on a strategic level and define how the proposed product or feature aligns with the organization's portfolio and strategy.
·  They must then work with the business and project team to break this vision down into requirements that support effective and accurate estimation.
·  In an agile project this is done for each iterative release, as opposed to the single requirements phase that exists in plan‐driven approaches.
·  It is incumbent on the analyst to constantly review requirements with the business stakeholders and ensure that any shifts in business needs are accurately reflected in future releases of the product.
·  Active participant of planning, analyzing, testing, and demonstrating activities.

Profile Required

6+ Yrs. of experience in Business Analyst.

Should have functional analysis experience in Liquidity Management, Payments and Cash management.

Should have Strong analytical skills in:

●Plan Business Analysis Approach (Backlog Management, Planning Workshop, Real Options, Retrospectives).

●Conduct Stakeholder Analysis (Collaborative games, personas, Value Stream Mapping).

●Think as a Customer (User Story, Story Mapping, Story Decomposition, Story Elaboration, Storyboarding, Acceptance Criteria).

●Analyze to Determine What is Valuable (Backlog Management, Business Value Definition, Kano Analysis, MoSCoW Prioritization, Purpose Alignment Model).

●Get Real Using Examples (BDD).

●Understand what is Doable (Relative Estimation, Usage Consideration, Planning Workshop, Real Options).

●Stimulate Collaboration and Continuous Improvement (Collaborative games, Retrospectives).

●Avoid Waste (Lightweight Documentation, Automated Testing) .
