In Germany Société Générale Securities Services has about 250 employees in Munich and Frankfurt. The position is located at Société Générale Securities Services GmbH in Munich. The team consists of 2 team-members and the VIE is subordinated to the Head of Risk Management.
Your role
As a VIE, your main responsibilities will include:
Contribution in identification, analysis, measurement and reporting of operational incidents as well as follow-up on action plans regarding operational incidents, risk related Permanent Supervision or Risk Controlling Self Assessment results.
Preparation of the monthly/quarterly reporting such as Global Risk Report, Exhaustiveness report, action plan report, Incident report to the Management Board.
Contribution in performing the risk assessment for on boarding new business partner.
Performing Outsourcing controlling and preparation of the quarterly Outsourcing Controlling Report.
Participate in the preparation of the quarterly Global Risk Report and in the documentation presented during the quarterly Risk Committees to the Management Board.
Coordination of the ISAE 3402 audit.
Contribution in the preparation of yearly Risk Controlling Self Assessment (RCSA).
Contribution to Business Continuity Management and Business Impact Analysis.
Contribution to Information Security Management.
Participate in the preparation of New Product Committees and follow-up of its conditions implementation.
Participate to the preparation of ad-hoc reports requested by risk or business line management.
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Munich is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business Frances’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.

Your Profile
You have a Master Degree in Business Administration or Business Economics.
You have basic knowledge of bank/investment Business.
Ideally you have a first experience in Risk Management.
You are fluent in German, English and French.
