Your Duty: You answer the incoming questions of our customers in our corporate countries the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg regarding their reservation or booking. Interested? Apply now! Je behandeld inkomende aanvragen van klanten in het Nederlands

Je adviseert de klanten met alle vragen omtrent het reserveringsproces

Je ondersteunt de klant bij vragen over auto’s

Je werkt nauw met andere afdelingen binnen Sixt samen om de klanten zo de allerbeste service te kunnen bieden

Je werkt in een ploegendienst maar ontvangt je rooster altijd 4 weken vooraf

Je start met een volledig betaalde training van drie weken

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:



You answer all incoming inquires of our Dutch customers

You provide advice to the requests of our customers regarding their bookings and rental agreements

You support customers in their car handling

You work very close with other departments to provide the best possible customer service

You work in shifts, but we will provide you with your personal shift schedule 4 weeks in advance to give you planning reliability

You start with a 3-week paid familiarization phase

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:



You take care of the reservations and creation of rental contracts via telephone in Dutch

You counsel our corporate and private customers by phone about our mobility services

You support our customers in the use of our online booking system and have an open ear for every customer

You work closely with the other departments of the company to provide the best service to our customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

You start with a paid familiarization phase of 3 weeks

You are fluent in Dutch (written & spoken). An additional language like English or German skills would be an advantage

You have an excellent and comprehensive verbal expression

You like working in an international team and appreciate exchanging ideas and knowledge with colleagues

You are practiced in using MS-Office programs (Outlook, Word or Excel)

Your Qualities:



You are fluent in Dutch (written & spoken) and have an understandable and clear way to speak and express yourself

You enjoy customer contact and know how to deal with challenging customers in a professional and friendly manner

You work independently, solution-oriented and service-oriented

You like to work in international teams and appreciate the exchange with colleagues

You have first experience in dealing with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word or Excel)
