To fulfill our service claims to provide the best service possible, we are looking for international Call Center Agents (m/f) who speak English, French, Italian or Dutch. You speak at least one of these languages fluently, you think service and customer orientated and you are currently living or planning to live in Berlin? For the expansion of our Service & Support Team in Berlin, we are currently looking for convincing and competent Customer Service Agents with foreign language skills. Your Duty: You answer the incoming questions of our customers in our corporate countries regarding their reservation or booking. Interested? Apply now! Key Tasks and Responsibilities

You advise our customers in all matters regarding their car or booking in at least two of the languages listed (German, French, Italian, Dutch or English)

You take care of complaints from our customers using all forms of communications, e.g. telephone, e-mails, letter, web/live chat & social media platforms

You maintain customer data and take over billing address corrections

You work closely with the other departments of the company to provide the best service to our customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

You start with a paid familiarization phase of 3 weeks

As we believe sitting together and speaking face to face with each other every day creates positive synergies and a whole other team spirit than working from home, we work all in our offices in Moabit – home office is not possible

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

You answer all incoming calls from our customers in at least two of the languages listed (German, Italian, Dutch or English)

You provide advice to the requests of our customers regarding their bookings and rental agreements

You support customers in their car handling

You work very close with other departments to provide the best possible customer service

You work in shifts, but we will provide you with your personal shift schedule 4 weeks in advance to give you planning reliability

You start with a 3-week paid familiarization phase

Your Qualities

You are fluent in two of the languages listed (German, French,Italian, Dutch or English)

You enjoy customer contact and know how to deal with challenging customers in a professional and friendly manner

You work independently, solution-oriented and service-oriented

You like to work in international teams and appreciate the exchange with colleagues

You have first experience in dealing with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word or Excel)

Your Qualities

You are fluent in two of the languages listed (German, Italian, Dutch or English)

You enjoy the contact with customers and work reliably, independently and highly customer-orientated

You have an excellent and comprehensive verbal expression

You like working in an international team and appreciate exchanging ideas and knowledge with colleagues

You are practiced in using MS-Office programs (Outlook, Word or Excel)
