For the expansion of our Service & Support Team in Berlin, we are currently looking for convincing and competent French and Dutch speaking Customer Service Agents (m/f). Your Duty: You answer the incoming questions of DriveNow customers in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands regarding their car or booking. Interested? Apply now! You have completed your apprenticeship and gained first professional experience (ideally in the hospitality or tourism industry)?

You are passionate about customer care and enjoy dealing with customers on the telephone in a professional and friendly manner?

You are used to working independently, solution and service oriented?

You are an organizational and communicative talent, able to cope with a heavy workload and highly dependable?

You are computer literate with good keyboard skills and working experience of using Email, Word & Excel?

You are fluent French?

Votre profil:



Vous avez terminé votre apprentissage et acquis votre première expérience professionnelle (idéalement dans l'hospitalité ou le tourisme)?

Vous êtes passionné par le service à la clientèle et aimez gérez les clients de façon professionnelle et amicale?

Vous avez l'habitude de travailler de manière autonome, axée sur les solutions et le service?

Vous êtes organisé et avez une bonne capacité de communication, fiable et capable de faire face à une charge de travail intense?

Vous maîtrisez l'informatique ainsi que le clavier et avez acquéri une expérience professionnelle de traitement d'e-mails, de Word et d'Excel?

Vous parlez le français et néerlandais couramment?
