Key Tasks and Responsibilities



You advise our customers in all matters regarding their car or booking

You take care of complaints from our Dutch and French speaking customers using all forms of communications, e.g. telephone, e-mails, letter, web/live chat & social media platforms

You maintain customer data and take over billing address corrections

You work closely with the other departments of the company to provide the best service to our customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

You start with a paid familiarization phase of 3 weeks

You are fluent in French and Dutch (written & spoken) and have an understandable and clear way to speak and express yourself

You enjoy customer contact and know how to deal with challenging customers in a professional and friendly manner

You work independently, solution-oriented and service-oriented

You like to work in international teams and appreciate the exchange with colleagues

You have first experience in dealing with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word or Excel)

You have completed your apprenticeship and gained first professional experience (ideally in the hospitality or tourism industry)?

You are passionate about customer care and enjoy dealing with customers on the telephone in a professional and friendly manner?

You are used to working independently, solution and service oriented?

You are an organizational and communicative talent, able to cope with a heavy workload and highly dependable?

You are computer literate with good keyboard skills and working experience of using Email, Word & Excel?

You are fluent French?

Vous avez terminé votre apprentissage et acquis votre première expérience professionnelle (idéalement dans l'hospitalité ou le tourisme)?

Vous êtes passionné par le service à la clientèle et aimez gérez les clients de façon professionnelle et amicale?

Vous avez l'habitude de travailler de manière autonome, axée sur les solutions et le service?

Vous êtes organisé et avez une bonne capacité de communication, fiable et capable de faire face à une charge de travail intense?

Vous maîtrisez l'informatique ainsi que le clavier et avez acquéri une expérience professionnelle de traitement d'e-mails, de Word et d'Excel?

Vous parlez le français et néerlandais couramment?
