· 
You support our globally operating HPS team located in our headquarter in Erlangen, which supports functions, business areas and sales regions with regard to performance improvements

· 
You conduct research, translations, analyses and you are responsible for smaller work packages

· 
You support the preparation and follow-up of Kaizen Improvement Events, for example, by structuring content and graphics of demanding presentations

· 
You will actively participate in the development of new methods in the field of lean management

This position may suit you best, if you are interested in consulting and like to work in a structured way.

· 
You study in a technical or commercial field

· 
You have already completed your undergraduate studies or 90 credit points in the bachelor's program

· 
Ideally, you have already completed specialized internships in the consulting industry

· 
First theoretical and practical knowledge in the context of lean management and lean processes are a plus

· 
You can demonstrate relevant experience in dealing with MS PowerPoint

· 
Analytical skills, quick comprehension and high quality awareness in the implementation of task packages are among your strengths

· 
Very good German and English skills round off your profile
