Join our Global Partner Management team now in Siemens Healthineers in Erlangen for at least 15 hours/week.

If you are ambitious and change makes you thrive, then support the CRM Standards & Enablement team in the following areas:

· 
Support in operational tasks in CRM and Partner Management

· 
Analysis tasks for Partner Management Dashboard and Partner Target Agreement Tool

· 
Administrative tasks for PRM Cloud, PMOF and CRMOF Database

· 
Access Management on behalf of our Partner Managers for different tools

· 
SharePoint Management (access, structure, development)

· 
Coordination and update of various databases, e.g. online platforms, MS Access files

· 
Development of internal Newsletters

· 
Support function within the team, e.g. create presentations, prepare data

This position may suit you best, if you are passionate about the work and self-independent on tasks.

· 
You are currently enrolled in any field of study

· 
You have advanced skills in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Microsoft PowerPoint; VBA knowledge is an asset

· 
You have ab affinity for tools/applications

· 
You are a Teamplayer, who integrates into the team asks for support and offers support

· 
You score with good communication skills and distinct self-organization skills

· 
Very good skills in written and verbal English are required
