Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

·
Working under a German employment contract above the general pay scale, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining complete technical concepts for railway safety systems.

·
As part of an extensive modernization project in Algeria, you will make a key contribution to raising the railway infrastructure to a modern level.

·
You will assist in drawing up planning documents (e.g. system architecture and associated interface descriptions) and bid documents, and will document technical claim and risk management.

·
You will be the point of contact for external and internal project partners with regard to the technical system as a whole.

·
You will monitor overall system integration, control the technical project result and identify any opportunities for improvement, which you will feed back into the organization.

·
You will coach employees in the validation phase with a view to building the expertise required to secure the long-term success of the project.

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

·
You have a degree in engineering.

·
Your impressive track record includes many years' experience in railway signaling systems and/or rail automation.

·
You are used to working in an international environment, and ideally have already led multinational teams.

·
You have a confident command of spoken and written French; knowledge of German and/or English would be useful.

·
You are keen to undertake a delegation of approximately three years before returning to take up a new position in Germany.
