·  You are the First point of contact customers and fluence in German language (B2 Certificate)
·  You are Responsible for processing AR Customer payments in the ERP system
·  You Achieve the agreed customer service levels and performance metrics associate with payment processing
·  Should be prioritizing multiple ARE's/customers!
·  You Supervise, follow up and report open items in unallocated and on account to Manager and country/divisions/sectors.
·  You Achieve the agreed customer service levels and performance metrics associate with payment processing
·  You Ensure all process procedures are adhered while processing the AR payments into the ERP

·  You have Minimum 1- 2 years of accounting experience
·  You Should be flexible with shift timings
·  You have Proficiency in presentation skills & facilitation skills - Advance
·  You have Proficiency in MS Office packages like Word,Excel,Powerpoint, Access - Basic
