· You will develop the global system architecture of the manufacturing execution system (MES), e.g. Camstar, at Siemens Healthineers IT
· You will take the lead in providing support with the analysis of business requirements related to the scope, design and specifications of the global MES environment as part of our PLM/SCM digitalization activities
· You will advise on technical implementation options and coach team members in technical aspects of the MES
· You will recommend and justify the architecture on the Change Control Board and at program level
· You will devise and document the architecture for relevant enhancements and system and/or software changes
· You will define and specify implementation details as the basis for development

This position may suit you best, if you have already developed and implemented creative solutions on MES projects.

· You hold a university degree in engineering management, informatics, business informatics or a similar discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) or have a similar qualification
· You have several years’ relevant vocational experience of professional software development and software architecture
· Your knowledge and experience of Microsoft .NET Platform (C#/C++) and Microsoft SQL Server are detailed and extensive
· You are able to justify your ideas and concepts even under difficult conditions and successfully establish a solution that is satisfactory to everyone involved
· You have already amassed knowledge and practical experience of a manufacturing execution system (MES) or manufacturing operations management (MOM)
· You are familiar with the PLM and the SCM processes
· You are fluent in English and German, therefore it’s easy for you to work in an international environment
· Self-initiative, analytical skills and a quality-, results- and customer-focused approach round off your profile
