· You will design and be responsible for the software architecture for the development of a new syngo based imaging system for our surgical products
· You are responsible for the active coordination of the architecture and its interfaces with the development team as well as internationally distributed colleagues and suppliers
· You coordinate requirements with internal stakeholders and clinical users
· You assess the technical feasibility and the implementation effort of new requirements
· You are part of prototype realization alternatives and support the development of important artifacts
· You present development results and outcome to stakeholders

This position may suit you best, if you have sound experience as a Software Architect and are interested in surgical applications.

· You have successfully completed your studies in computer science (Diploma, M.Sc.) or a comparable specialization; or a comparable qualification
· You have many years of relevant professional experience, including several years of professional experience as a software architect, ideally in the development of medical devices
· You have practical experience in the use of design patterns for implementation of requirements and for communication with software developers using UML models
· You have profound knowledge in the programming languages C++ and C# as well as practical experience as well as experience in the development of Microsoft .Net and Windows-based applications
· Ideally, you have previous experience in the field of image-supported surgical applications and in the fields of image processing, computer graphics and 3D visualization
· Further, you have experience in using agile development processes such as Scrum and Kanban
· Due to your fluent knowledge of German and English, it is easy for you to get to around in an international environment
· Your distinctive communication and analysis skills as well as your result-oriented method of working and persuasive power round off your profile
