For ourDigital Factory & Process Industries and Drives Division we are looking for Sales Managerin south region (Odessa) at the earliest opportunity
What are my responsibilities?
· Organization of the sales process within assigned region;
· Creates and keeps business contacts with the representatives of governmental authorities, public organizations and private companies within assigned region;
· Develops good relationship with customers;
· Initiates, facilitates and contributes negotiations with customers;
· Analysis of customer requirements and development of proposals on customers support, constant liaison with partners;
· Keep appraised of competitor approaches & offerings, including intelligence on reputation, capability, customer base, products, pricing & promotion.
· Planning & coordinating of orders placing, shaping of contracts, specifications, interaction with customers in documents exchange;
· Cooperation with the purchasing/logistics team regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers;
· Plans and executes sales and marketing activities in support of the company's marketing effort to ensure maximum future sales (presentations, exhibitions and customer promotion events);
· Making marketing research;
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· Technical higher education;
· More than 3 years of relevant experience in related business area;
· Solid knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management, negotiation tactics;
· Extensive knowledge of Ukrainian and regional industrial markets;
· Strong understanding of product lines and technology;
· Excellent communication and presentation skills;
· Good analytical skills;
· English on intermediate level and higher.
