Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• Take responsibility for analysis and communication of the market situation, technologies, market requirements, future trends and competition in target regions regarding the OEM industry

• Development of OEM industry specific competence related to PI in defined target regions considering the industry drive towards digitalization and the full Siemens process automation portfolio and collaboration with Siemens HQ units and sales organizations to coordinate customer activities in the region and in HQ

• The strategic development of regionally and globally represented OEM customers with regional sales organization as well as creation of a common OEM sales approach within the organization belongs to your tasks

• You are the point of contact for required global activities for target OEM customers such as frame agreements or coordination of international projects driving push-pull and supporting vendor listing processes at end customers or EPCs

• You are supporting the regional and industry related MarCom activities such as fairs and promotion events as well as in development of sales and marketing tools (publications, case studies, etc.)

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

• You hold a bachlors degree and you have several years of working experiance

• You obtain product knowledge of process instrumentation (PI)as well as overall understanding/possibly application knowledge of machine building processes of OEMs for the process industries

• You should acquire excellent networking and presentation skills in order to achieve close relations to customers, international sales network and various HQ departments

• General experience of OEM industry and overall understanding of process automation

• Ability to interact with challenging customers, understanding the sales view of a customer and having a marketing experience moreover, flexibility to accept temporary responsibilities which come up short handedly and to travel internationally

• You have English language skills (fluent in writing, speaking and understanding) and German language skills favorable
