Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

·
Data-driven user experience evaluation and improvement

·
This includes
- Development and testing of UX KPIs
- Development of methods for UX evaluations based on the analysis of automatically
generated user data during product usage, accompanied by qualitative studies and user research
- Application and Validation of the methods in industrial contexts

·
Working in an interdisciplinary team, at the area of intersection between technology and social sciences

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

·
Successfully completed university degree (master) in Psychology, Psychology in IT, Human Computer Interaction, Human Technology Interaction, Media Computer Science Media Engineering or similar

·
Strong skills in empirical qualitative and quantitative methods (e. g. interviews, statistical data analysis)

·
ideally sound knowledge in the field of User Experience / Human Machine Interaction

·
First experiences or interest in data analysis and programming

·
Practical experiences (e.g. internships)

·
Ability to independently conduct scientific work

·
Team oriented

·
Very good MS Office skills

·
ExcellentEnglish and German language skills
