Job Description:

As an Experienced Consultant, you'll develop and implement projects focusing on R&D/Engineering that improve productivity and innovation. You will use Lean and Agile methods to accomplish this. With your expertise, you'll support our clients to secure a long-term competitive advantage in what can be extremely dynamic markets. Become part of our team!

What you'll do:

● Develop Lean/Agile strategies in development

● Support your clients during the transformation process and closely work together to establish new ways of thinking and acting for tailored, creative solutions

● Independently acquire new Lean/Agile client projects

● Assume responsibility for your own (sub-)projects and coach your team members

● Present your project results to top management

● Act as a thought leader and continuously develop consulting offering in Learning Organization

What you'll need

● 3 years' experience, with outstanding performance, at a renowned industrial enterprise, start-up or consultancy and operative experience in Lean and Agile Development approaches (e.g. Value Stream Mapping, Obeya, Kanban)

● Demonstrated How much is excellent? We need to quantify thisknow-how of process improvement programs such as Lean Management/Agile Program in R&D and Engineering

● Experience in Organizational Change Management is a plus

● Graduate degree from a university or specialized college (Master's preferred), ideally in industrial or mechanical Do we want to ask for specific majors/fields of study?

● Extensive international work experience is a plus

● Demonstrated analytical and conceptional skills and an entrepreneurial mindset

● Fluent in English, multilingual is a plus

● Team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills and willingness to travel (approx. 80 percent)
