Siemens Healthineers Saudi Arabia is looking to hire an Cash Collection professional to be based in our Jeddah office to the next possible start date.
What are my responsibilities?
· Ensures the timely preparation of credit and collection reports.
· Reports to the Country collection on a weekly basis on all aged debts with accurate month-end information on the debtor book in a timely fashion.
· Manages overdue debt position through ongoing liaison with credit control team.
· Maintains accurate and up to date client details and account records.
· Investigates and analyses collection risks and resolves any rising problems.
· Manages the collection of past-due accounts.
· Handles disputed accounts and negotiate with clients to bring payment in line with terms.
· Minimizes the level of bad debt exposure (and related costs incurred) of the business and ensures cash flow is maximized.
· Builds relationships with customers to ensure quick payment and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.
· Ensures the accuracy of the data entered in the tracking tool.
· Manages effectively the team of credit controllers in ensuring that all duties are carried out up to or above the set standard & all roles are covered in the event of absence.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related studies
· Some experience in credit control, collection management and/or accounting.
· Able to work to strict deadlines and with the minimum of supervision on collection of overdue accounts.
· Negotiation – for managing sensitive matters like debt collection.
· Good Communication Skills
· Excellent communication skills

· Proactive, target orientation and success driven
